Fees and Insurance
At Calico, we understand the frustrating process of trying to find and afford a therapist you work well with. Our practice is committed to working with insurance companies to decrease barriers to treatment and to transparency around the cost of sessions and no-show policies and fees.
Out of Pocket Cost
Individual therapy is
$150 for a 45 minute session
$190 for a 55 minute session Payment is expected upfront and can be submitted online through our patient portal.

Out-of-network
If we do not currently accept your insurance, you are welcome and encouraged to look into your insurance provider's out-of-network benefits. We are happy to help complete paperwork as needed.
To make therapy more accessible, sliding scale fees are available in certain situations. Availability is determined based upon current available openings and financial need.
No Show and Late Cancelation
Our no-show and late cancellation policy helps us maintain efficient scheduling and provide the best service possible to all of our clients. If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be responsible for paying the full session cost out of pocket. This fee allows us to compensate for the time reserved for you so that we can continue to offer quality to everyone. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
